On 1st January 2023 Ministerial Decree No 360 dtd. 28th September 2022, containing guidelines on the labelling of packaging pursuant to Article 219 (5) of Legislative Decree No 152 dtd. 3rd April 2006 entered into force, aimed at providing the environmental characteristics of packaging, increasing consumers’ awareness of the final destination of the waste.

We therefore indicate below the nature of the various types of packaging currently in use at our company. However, please always check the local arrangements of the municipality.
